How to Reach It

The Order's designated hunter, fought first on the road out of the Prologue and rematched as the Sixfold Scythe in Weeping Creek Valley — the rematch drops the Hunter's Chain Sickle.

Where to Fight

First fight: the road after the Prologue. Rematch: Weeping Creek Valley

When You Fight It: The first fight is story-forced during the carriage arc. The Sixfold Scythe rematch waits in the valley's chapter arc (Steel and Steam).

Boss Mechanics

A Mirror Match

The Hunt fights like a player: combo strings into Sha-Chi pressure, guard stances when pressured, and weapon-length games. His red-flash attacks come out of chains rather than isolation, so the dodge timing that worked on Zuo Shang needs sharpening — dodge on the swing, not on the flash.

The Sixfold Scythe Rematch

The valley rematch swaps his blade for a scythe with sweeping reach. The grammar is unchanged — parry blue, dodge red — but reach changes spacing: closing distance through the scythe arcs is the actual puzzle. Winning the rematch yields the Hunter's Chain Sickle, the traversal Phantom Edge that unlocks swing routes across later regions.

Step-by-Step Strategy

Step-by-Step

First fight: play patient, parry his blue flashes to drain Sha-Chi, and switch weapons when your gauge dips — the switch also interrupts his pressure with your new weapon's quick attack. Rematch: respect the scythe arcs, walk in behind dodges rather than sprints, and hold your Sha-Chi combos for his guard-stance moments.

After the rematch, the Chain Sickle reopens parts of earlier regions — the valley and the camps you already cleared have routes waiting for it.

Rewards
